WORLD WEBTOON FESTIVAL (WEFE) is the premier global celebration of webtoon IP, hosted by MCST (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) and organized by KOCCA (Korea Creative Content Agency)

As a special prelude to the main festival,

This prologue is designed in order to raise awareness and promote both WEFE and **WORLD WEBTOON AWARDS** globally, while building a global network with content enterprises and creators.

“WEFE Prologue: Chapter 1. LA” brings together North American entertainment giants, production studios, platforms, and creators. This exclusive one-day program is designed to share powerful insights into webtoon IP adaptation and build a robust foundation for global cross-border partnerships.

Dive into this global journey starting in Los Angeles this July, sweeping across Tokyo and Paris, and reaching its ultimate destination in Seoul this December for the grand finale!
